BlueRemediomics and BlueTools will attend BIOSPAIN 2026, taking place in Bilbao from 29 September to 1 October. The session will take place on 30 September and is titled: “Blue Meets Green: Innovations for the Circular Bioeconomy from EU-funded Research on Marine Microbiomes”. The session is planning to showcase both project’s results and demonstrate how marine microbiome research can be turned into sustainable products, processes and ecosystem services.
BIOSPAIN is widely recognised as one of Europe’s most important biotechnology gatherings, bringing together companies, researchers, investors and innovation stakeholders from around the world. The event is particularly known for its extensive partnering programme, which facilitates thousands of business-to-business meetings and networking opportunities.
During this joint session, BlueRemediomics and BlueTools will showcase how the projects are transforming marine biodiversity into opportunities for innovation. Attendees will gain insights into recent advances, practical applications and opportunities for knowledge exchange.
