Work Package 7: Management and Coordination
Work Package 7 will ensure the efficient coordination of consortium activities and ensure the timely delivery of project objectives.

Ensure efficient project implementation and timely delivery of the project milestones and deliverables.

Establish effective communication within the consortium and with the European Commission.

Develop internal policies, reporting procedures and data management plan (DMP).

Organise regular consortium meetings and a conference showcasing BlueRemediomics outputs.

Submit periodic and final technical and financial reports.
